Information stored on your device

Campaign progress, commanders, army plans, settings such as volume, and interrupted battles are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data may remove them. Progress transfer between devices is not supported.

Information used online

When you use Ghost battles, online Daily battle results or rankings, the game sends an anonymous player ID, authentication key, player name, defense army and policies, match tickets, battle commands and results, rating, rankings, and submission or update times to the server. Anonymous IDs are treated as information linked to your registration. Do not put real names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information in your player name.

We use this information for matchmaking, reproducing army plans, calculating results, verifying results against cheating, authentication and support. Player names, public IDs, results and ratings in rankings, defense plans and opponent names are visible to other online players. Authentication keys are not public.

IP addresses, request times and types, device or browser connection information, and processing or error information are used for Cloudflare hosting, service operation and protection against unauthorized access. The app’s rate-limit counters are held temporarily in server memory; counters older than about 24 hours are cleaned up. Workers operational logs expire within seven days, and database recovery history expires within 30 days.

Retention and deletion

Online registration and related game data are retained until you delete the registration. In the app, Settings → Online → Delete profile removes your registration, authentication key, defense plan, match history, daily results and records awaiting audit from the live database. It also removes pending results and the old online identity from your device. Campaign progress and commanders remain on your device.

Deletion requires a connection. If a connection or storage operation fails, retry from Settings until you receive confirmation. Explicitly using Online again after deletion creates a new anonymous registration. Ranking caches can take a few minutes to update. If ranking calculation overlaps with deletion, allow about 15 minutes for cache expiry, plus propagation time. Older data in database recovery history expires within 30 days and is not used to restore deleted registrations.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your online registration from the server. Delete your profile before uninstalling. To erase local progress and settings, use the record-erasure option in Settings.

External services and permissions

We use Cloudflare Workers, D1 and Workers KV for hosting, online processing and storage. Information may be processed outside Japan through Cloudflare’s network. You can read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

The game has no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs or advertising tracking. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. Audio and haptics use your device’s playback features; the microphone is not used to record audio.
